Simcenter Amesim is a fully integrated, scalable system simulation platform for modelling and analyzing multi-domain systems. The software includes an extensive set of libraries which feature components for different physical domains such as thermal, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical. Simcenter Amesim allows engineers to assess and optimize the interactions within and the performance of a system.
As part of Siemens Digital Industries Software, Simcenter Amesim is set up to be a scalable system simulation platform. It can be leveraged even before any CAD geometry is available to aid in preliminary design phases and can be scaled up to a detailed model for uses like performance or control system validation.
Amesim comes with ready made components and physics libraries, including thermal, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical domains. The parametric set up used for all components provides a great basis for performing optimization or sensitivity studies.
To enable you to save time when creating models, Simcenter Amesim, which is part of Xcelerator™ portfolio, offers 50 ready-to-use multi-physics libraries with more than 6,500 components that have been developed and validated in cooperation with industrial partners.

Advanced pre and post-processing tools allow you to gain in-depth information about your systems.
