Can you tell us about your background and experience as an engineer?

“I initially completed my Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. During my Bachelor’s thesis, I already specialized in numerical analysis. Following that, I seamlessly decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Computational Engineering, where I was able to further enhance my expertise in the field of numerical analysis. Now, I am very excited to take my first steps at Femto.”

What led you to apply for a position in our organisation and which aspect oft he position appeal to you the most?

“Since I specialized in numerical analysis during my studies, I definitely wanted to continue working in this field, and Femto has provided me with that opportunity. The fact that Femto has numerous different projects is a major advantage, as it offers a wide variety and diversity, which provides great excitement and variation in my work.”

What are important qualities of a succesfull engineer, according to you?

“The most important skill that an engineer should have, in my opinion, is to find the right balance between efficiency and diligence. This could mean, for example, being as diligent as necessary and as efficient as possible.”

What are your long term goals as an engineer and how do you believe this position contributes to them?

“As an engineer, my long-term goals revolve around making meaningful contributions and solving complex problems. I aim to continually enhance my technical skills, expand my knowledge base, and stay up to date with the latest industry trends. By doing so, I strive to become a well-rounded engineer capable of developing innovative solutions and driving positive change.

This position aligns with my long-term goals in several ways. Firstly, it provides an opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, allowing me to broaden my skill set and gain valuable experience. Additionally, the position offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies, which will further enhance my expertise. Moreover, by contributing to the success of the organization and delivering high-quality work, I believe this position will help me build a strong professional reputation and establish a solid foundation for my future engineering endeavors.
