To strengthen the administrative support for our Münster office, we are looking for a back office/secretary/branch management assistant as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• General administrative activities in for personnel, sales and office affairs.
• Support in the handling of our sales, marketing and business processes.
• Office purchasing and project archiving.
• Preparation of customer information and contract data in our CRM system.
• Monitoring of delivery dates through to invoicing.
• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail.

Your profile:

• Experience or successfully completed training as a business engineer (Wirtschaftsingenieur/in), office communication or similar qualifications.
• Very good knowledge of using the MS Office package.
• You have a good understanding of administrative support, and your working style is characterized by care, accuracy and reliability.
• You work independently and are communicative.
• Good knowledge of German and English (Dutch is a plus).
