It’s not just electricity that makes a clock run; think outside the box. Think of an outsider with ideas. Femto can analyse anything and delivers innovating solutions.
Meet us at our booth located at 1A127, make an appointment on the ESEF and receive an innovative gadget, which works on a drop of water.

Femto Engineering - Projects

In the last year Femto has completed several very interesting projects. If you are interested if we can help you to innovate your product, or need a second opinion, let us know. For example projects, you can check here.

Femto Engineering - R&D

Smoothed-particle hydrodynamics (SPH) is a computational method used for simulating fluid flows. SPH works by dividing the fluid into a set of discrete elements, referred to as particles. These particles have a spatial distance, over which their properties are "smoothed" by a kernel function. This means that the physical quantity of any particle can be obtained by summing the relevant properties of all the particles which lie within the range of the kernel.
Femto Engineering has embraced this type of computational fluid dynamics, as one of our competences, on which we are ahead of other engineering agencies. SPH examples you can find here.

Siemens PLM Software - Femap with NX Nastran

Femap version 10.3.1 is the latest release of the state-of-the-art finite element modeling pre- and postprocessor for engineering simulation and analysis. If you want to perform youre analysis in-house, Femto can advice in the use of FEA within your organisation.
More information about this Femap release you can find here.
