FEA Engineer

Description:
As FEA engineer you support our customers in issues regarding the functional behavior of products and structures to achieve an optimal technical design. You will do this within a wide variety of market segments including offshore, shipbuilding, machinery and plastics. Where when necessary, you use the Finite Elements Method in order to demonstrate that the concept fulfils the established requirements using linear, nonlinear, dynamic or thermal analyses.

Projects at Femto Engineering are mostly internal at our office in Delft, but sometimes with larger projects, external excecuted at the customer.

Femto asks:
- A completed academic education, specialized in mechanical engineering, or equivalent level
- Minimal of one year relevant working experience
- Knowledge of at least one FEM solution, preferably Femap or NX CAE
- A team player with a flexible and proactive work attitude
- Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written
